Delete your FarmMeow account and data

Delete it yourself in the app — fastest

You can do this right away in the FarmMeow mobile app without waiting for us. Once deleted, you'll be signed out automatically.

• Open the FarmMeow app and sign in
• Go to the “Me” tab at the bottom right
• Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”
• Read the list of what will be deleted, then type “Delete account” to confirm
• Tap “Permanently delete account”

If you've already removed the app or can't sign in, email imkwangkung@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my FarmMeow account” and include the email or display name on your account so we can verify your identity. We'll process it and reply within 30 days.

Data deleted immediately

• Your name, email, phone number, address, profile photo and password
• Your linked LINE account ID — signing in with the same LINE afterward creates a new account, not your old one
• Pets in your name, with everything for each one — vaccine history, weight, activities, medical records, photos, attachments and sale listings
• Access to pets others have shared with you
• All farm and business memberships
• Your PetKit connection, along with device data and events it pulled in
• Notification tokens for every device you've signed in on

Data we must keep

Some data can't be deleted immediately because other people are involved or the law requires us to keep it. All of it is unlinked from your name and contact details.

• Medical records created by clinics — These are the facility's medical documents and must be kept for the period required by law and professional standards
• Business receipts and accounting documents — Must be kept as required by tax law
• Data edit logs — Kept so the history of pets still in the system stays accurate, without your name or contact details
• Pets registered to a farm, not to you — They stay with that farm, because the registered owner is the farm, not an individual

If you can't delete yet

If you own a farm or business, or have an open pedigree request, the app won't let you delete your account yet and will tell you what's blocking it. Deleting right away would leave other members and the farm's pets with no one authorized to manage them. Transfer ownership to someone else or close the farm/business first, then delete your account.

Want to delete only some data, not your whole account

You can delete things one at a time in the app without deleting your account — delete pets one by one (they go to the trash first, then can be permanently deleted), delete individual photos, revoke access you've given clinics, disconnect PetKit, or turn off notifications.
